Managers in BT LOBs have been tasked with improving productivity, and reducing operating costs. This means managers will need to have the ability to deliver more change within the workforce and greater flexibility. The success will be reliant on HR and managers being knowledgeable, skilled and competent in planning, negotiating and implementing change. In order to deliver successful transformation, we need to ensure the IR is right to avoid difficulty in implementation.
